A 16-year old Korean-American boy, T.J Kim, who was learning how to ride a plane used his skill to bring medical supplies to rural hospitals in Virginia and received recognition from President Trump.

This article / news was posted on the U.S. Embassy Seoul’s Facebook page and reached my Facebook wall. It also seems to have been printed in actual regional newspapers in Korea. The comments for the post are diverse. Some are criticizing that he is an aspiring Ivy-League-r. Some are saying that they are proud. Some are wondering why a 16-year old had to do something which the government should be responsible for.
