The announcement written in Korean is mandating customers to wear masks in store. Translating verbatim, it is saying the following: “Due to the Coronavirus (Wuhan Pneumonia) …. etc.”
The surprising part was that it had “Wuhan Pneumonia” in parenthesis even after research has been found that the virus may not have its origin in Wuhan, China. This seemed similar to how the 1918 flu is dubbed the “Spanish Flu” when it may not have come from Spain.
