Wesleyan Professor, Erika Franklin Fowler, has been interested how effective communication can effect the way we engage with the coronavirus. In speaking with government leaders in Connecticut, she shares some advise on how to effectively communicate how to best protect the public health, such as making messages short and simple as well as taking politics out of the conversation, and focusing on the public health’s interest.
