The police do not suspect foul play but are still investigating. Migrants in Singapore are stuck in dorms as cases skyrocket, and the cramped conditions often lead to further infection.
There is a fairly fresh article that was just posted about the benefits from compounds in garlic essential oil that could possibly treat/prevent COVID-19.
