Employees at the Rush University Medical Center say that they are prepared in order to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. The building in which they work in, was a $654 million dollar project began soon after the 9/11 attacks, opened in 2012 and is outfitted to handle large influxes of pateints in a short window of time due to the various features that have been embedded.
